Guide to Service
Retirement and Nursing Center is a 157 bed facility offering skilled nursing care and rehabilitation health care. Your welfare and comfort are our most important priorities. Our admissions coordinator will help you determine what items you may bring from home to make your stay more comfortable. The following are the services we provide at Retirement and Nursing Center in order to meet all your needs.
Nursing services
24 hours a day, 7 days a week we provide skilled nursing services to our residents. Our nursing services include complex wound care, diabetes management, respiratory care and treatment, and enteral feeding. Registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses and certified nurse aides provide care to help each resident reach his/her goals.
Dietary services
Our dietary department works hard to provide meals that exceed expectations. We provide variety in our menus and strive to satisfy each resident's preferences as ordered by the physician.
Social services
We believe in helping our residents enjoy life to the fullest. Our Social Service department helps patients, residents and their families adjust to the facility, assist in solving any challenges and provide counsel in discharge planning. They may arrange for home health services and adaptive equipment prior to discharge home.

Local physicians follow/direct patient care at Retirement and Nursing Center.
Activities
Residents at Retirement and Nursing Center enjoy a wide range of activities developed to meet their needs. These activities include exercise programs, social and recreational activities, arts and crafts and trips outside of the facility. Our unique volunteer program is overseen by a community volunteer director and is the only one of its kind in our area.
